Confluence Terms & Conditions
- I hereby submit this form along with the required information and documents, on my own free will, to confirm my attendance at the ILC Rajasthan Confluence 2025 (“Confluence”) arranged & managed by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (“TSSL”).
- I accept that my participation shall be allowed subject to payment of 100% of the participation fee in advance, which is non-refundable under any circumstances. In case of cancellation by me or if I am unable to attend the Confluence, I will not be eligible for any refund.
- I acknowledged that basis my confirmation, TSSL shall arrange the Confluence, my lodging and boarding at the Venue for 2 days.
- I will be arranging my tickets for Rajasthan at my own cost and will share the booking details with TSSL by 2nd September 2024.
- I will also bear the expenses for insurance, personal security, local conveyance, additional stay (if any), etc., for my travel to Rajasthan.
- Any other incidental expenses, such as airport transfers, in-room dining, minibar, or any other onsite charges, will have to be settled by me upon my departure. Airport transfers are provided by the Hotel at a special rate.
- TSSL has agreed to inform me in advance about any changes in the schedule of the Confluence, so that I can accordingly manage my bookings and make other necessary arrangements.
- TSSL is dedicated to maintain the Confluence a safe place, hence it is expected that attendees shall not involve in any act, which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, violative of any law, infringement of any IPR, misleading statements, causing harm to other attendees, breach of any rules of Event premises, failing which TSSL shall have the right to restrict entry of such person, causing nuisance. TSSL will only make general security arrangements. Attendees should take all possible precautions and will be responsible for their own security & goods, if any. Individual security arrangements, if any, should be made only through an approved agency, with prior written approval of TSSL. The right to admission of attendee in the Confluence shall be subject to attendee adhering to the law of the land and the rules and regulations of the Event premises.
- Upon check-in at the Hotel, I shall comply with the Hotel requirements for myself and my spouse (if accompanying).
- TSSL shall not have any liability, if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations due to the occurrence of any force majeure event. In case, TSSL cancels or postpones the Confluence, TSSL shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by attendees towards travel, etc.
- All IPR in all materials produced or distributed by TSSL in connection with this Confluence are solely owned by TSSL, and any unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution is prohibited.
- I understand that TSSL takes photographs, audio, and videos of the Confluence, which might also reflect my presence. TSSL reserves the right to use this in its promotional materials in print, electronic, TV, and other media, TSSL website & social media platforms.
- I acknowledge that TSSL is only managing the Confluence, arranging for my lodging and boarding, and will not have any liability, of whatsoever nature, arising due to my travel and stay in Rajasthan.
- Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused to the other party. Neither Party shall have any liability under this engagement, except as expressly agreed in writing.
- This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of India, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
- Notwithstanding anything contained contrary in any other document/ agreements/ email exchange between the parties, the terms mentioned herein shall supersede and prevail.
