IIM – Ahmedabad Program Terms & Conditions

I hereby submit this form along with the required information and documents, on my own free will, to confirm my attendance in the IIM – Ahmedabad Program (“Program”).

• This Program is arranged & managed by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (“TSSL”), pursuant to our membership with India Leadership Council (“ILC”).
• The Program is scheduled on 12^th & 13^th December 2025. I acknowledged that based on my confirmation, TSSL at its own cost has arranged the Program, my lodging and boarding at the Venue for 2 days, with my check-in date on 11^th December 2025 & check out date 13^th December 2025.
• I will be arranging my tickets for Ahmedabad at my own cost and will share the booking details with TSSL latest by 1^st December 2025. I will also bear the expenses for insurance, personal security, local conveyance, additional stay (if any), etc., for my travel to Ahmedabad.
• I understand that TSSL has incurred huge expenses in managing the Program, my lodging and boarding at the Venue and in case of my cancellation, would cause financial loss to TSSL. Hence, I undertake to inform TSSL, on or before 24^th November 2025, in case of cancellation due to any exigency, so to enable TSSL to accommodate another participant for the Program, in my place.
• In case of cancellation, post 24^th November 2025, I would pay the cancellation charges for an amount of INR 90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand Only).
• Any other incidental expenses, such as airport transfers, in-room dining, minibar, or any other on-site charges, will have to be settled by me upon my departure.
• TSSL has agreed to inform me in advance about any changes in the schedule of the Program, so that I can accordingly manage my bookings and make other necessary arrangements.
• I hereby confirm that during my travel, I will abide by the laws of the destination and follow the rules & regulations of the campus and will be solely liable for any violation of the same.
• I acknowledge that TSSL is only managing the Program, arranging for my lodging and boarding and will not have any liability, of whatsoever nature.
• I understand that TSSL takes photographs, audio and videos of the Program, which might also reflect my presence. TSSL reserves the right to use this in its promotional materials in print, electronic, TV and other media, TSSL website & social media platforms.
• Right of admission for the Program is reserved by TSSL / IIM Ahmedabad.

TSSL shall not have any liability if it is prevented from or delayed in performing its obligations due to the occurrence of any force majeure event. In case TSSL cancels or postpones the Program, TSSL shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by attendees towards travel, etc.
